Really Simple Syndication (Rss)
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a group of web feed formats used to publish frequently updated content (news headlines, blog entries, podcasts). An RSS document contains either a summary of content from an associated web site or the full text.
RSS formats are specified using Extensible Markup Language (XML).
A number of different RSS versions exists.

Email (electronic mail, or e-mail) is a method of composing, sending, receiving and storing messages over electronic communication systems. The Internet email system bases on SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol). Intranets may use the Internet protocols or X.400 protocols in internal email service for workgroup collaboration.
The internet email messages consist of the header and the body. Both plain text and HTML can be used in the email body. HTML email messages can include hyperlinks and images, show previous messages in block quotes, use underlines and italics, and change font styles.
