About Rich Text Format
RTF (Rich Text Format) is a proprietary document file format developed by DEC for cross-platform document interchange. Most word processors can read and write RTF documents.
RTF is a 7-bit format. A good RTF code can be readable by human. Very many word processing software implementations (WordPad, TextEdit, AbiWord etc.) can view and edit RTF files. |
