About Batch file
.bat is afilename extension for Batch files (ASCII files containing commands to be executed by the command interpreter). When a batch file is run, the shell program reads the file and executes its commands (typically line-by-line).
BAT files are used to run a number of executables automatically. Many system administrators use BAT to automate long monotonous processes. |
