About RealMedia Variable Bitrate
RMVB is a variable bitrate extension of the RealMedia multimedia container format.
As opposed to the RealMedia container, which holds streaming media encoded at a constant bit rate, RMVB is normally used for multimedia content stored locally. RMVB files are usually much smaller in size than MPEG4-part2 formats, such as DivX and XviD. |
