About Super Video CD
SVCD (Super Video Compact Disc) is a format used for storing video on standard compact discs. SVCD falls between Video CD and DVD in technical capability and picture quality.
It is difficult to fit more than 100 minutes of video onto one SVCD without significant quality loss, and many hardware players are unable to play video with a bitrate lower than 300 to 600 Kb/s. |
