About RealAudio file
RA (RealAudio) is an audio format using a variety of audio codecs from low-bitrate formats (dial-up modems) to high-fidelity formats for music. RealAudio also can be used as a streaming audio format, which can be played at the same time as it is downloaded. Many internet radio stations use RA to stream their programming over the internet in real time.
Often web pages don't link directly to a RA file, rather to a .ram or SMIL file. |
